The Production
On full capacity production, each unit produces 3,000 kg per
day and working for 300 days will results in total yearly production
of 73,800 metric tons. The sales value is approximately RM738
million.
Prima Halal Food Park requires 66,420 metric tones of
processed raw materials that meet the international standard
and specification. Raw materials comprise of processed
chicken beef, turkey, lamb, spices and ingredient. |

Packing materials both primary and secondary packaging is demanded.
The requirements of raw materials and packaging materials on
full capacity
are stated below:

Processed skinless and boneless chicken
meat with minimal water content constitute 55% of total
raw materials requirement. The estimated value of 36,531
metric tons of processed chicken is RM219 million. |

Processed skinless and boneless turkey
meat with minimal water content constitutes 15% of total
raw materials requirement. The estimated value of 9,963
metric tons of processed turkey is RM79 million. |

Processed skinless and boneless chicken
and beef constitute 15% of total raw materials requirement.
The estimated value of 9,963 metric tons of processed
beef is RM100 million. |

Processed skinless and boneless chicken
and lamb/mutton constitute 5% of total raw materials requirement.
The estimated value of 3,321 metric tons of processed
beef is RM46 million. |

Processed spices and ingredients constitute
5% of total raw materials requirement. The estimated value
of 3,321 metric tons of processed beef is RM20 million. |

Packaging materials constitute 5% of
total raw materials requirement. The estimated value of
3,321 metric tons of processed beef is RM20 million. |
The estimated total value of raw materials requirement is RM476
million which is 65% of the sales price. |
